Testimonials strengthen your reputation by expressing the trust that other people have in you and your business offerings. They support your credibility, strengthen your reputation and start the process of building trust with prospects. Unless you have a large budget, the success of your business will depend heavily on word-of-mouth to attract new clients. You’ll be surprised at how many valuable testimonials you will be able to collect if you simply ask.
Reviews and feedback can be valuable tools to learn more about how your clients feel about your products or services. It is a good practice to reach out to your customers after they make a purchase to find out if they are happy with what your company has provided. A brief follow up survey of five or less questions can provide you with insights on how to improve your products/services, while letting your customers know that you value them as a client.
