The aspect of someone's character that is presented to or perceived by others.

You might ask, “Why does my company need a persona?” Well, it is all about branding!

  • Step 1: Write down how you want to present your company and how you want to be perceived by others.

  • Step 2: Make sure every communication you write for the internet, emails, mailings, etc. fits your company’s persona.

  • Step 3: Check on Social Media sites what others are saying about your company and see if they perceive you the way you want to be perceived.

Your company persona is your brand!
