Social media may have started as a personal communication tool, but make no mistake about it in today’s B2B market; it has become an integral part of most businesses’ marketing strategy. With the social media landscape changing month by month and so many choices to consider like Facebook, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. it can be a daunting task just to get started.

When choosing which Social Media platform(s) to use consider your market and which platform(s) will most likely reach your intended audience. Use engaging and compelling copy that demonstrates the benefits that your products/services provide. Social Media takes time to develop a following and see measurable results, but the investment is worth it.

There is an old proverb: “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.”
