Customer experience is the key factor in driving Customer loyalty. You need to check in and engage with your Customers after the sale in order to make sure they are satisfied with their purchase. Brief surveys, information emails about product/service benefits & features, loyalty programs and referral programs are great ways to stay in touch with your Customers.

It can cost five times as much to attract a new customer, than to keep an existing one!
